  You are entitled to the truth. I have spent countless hours in Cafe Urbano. I have been there every day of the week and time. I have seen the place open and close. I would bring my computer inside, use it for work or even to play games, mess around on FB like anyone else. And the real truth is, I now avoid the place. I don't even enjoy the vibe from the outside so I cross the street. While sitting in Urbano I tried everything on the menu and drank their 4 dollar cups of coffee. All the while seeing mice scurry around the floor. I have seen management rude to nice looking customers and the cook pick his nose more times then I'd like to remember. Besides that, the food is overly thought out. So none of it tastes good. Finally, really the only people in my neighborhood that frequent this place are Anglo Saxon White American wanna be suburbanites. And they think somehow 4 dollars for a cup of coffee on Irving Park and Elston is justifiable. If you stop in once a day for a month for a cup of coffee that's $120 bucks. Now multiply it by the year and you are spending you guessed it $1,440 dollars. In what world is that logical? And in reality, 40 yards away is Tony's where you can buy their coffee for 4 dollars and it will last you for 2 months. And the sweet candy is you can make 5 cups a day. That's the MTV Truth. Peace
