  Went to shop with my daughter for a crib and dresser set. If you want to register, the sales associates are like flies on honey. Went to the front twice to ask for help. After 45 minutes, finally had assistance. THEN, were looking at some sale pieces. In very small print at the bottom, there is the following caveat: only in stock items only. Guess what items were NOT in stock. If that's the case, take the SIGN DOWN. Classic "bait and switch". Will NOT buy anything from them.

  Walked in to purchase gifts for a baby shower and was immediately overwhelmed with the amount of merchandise in the store. I asked an associate to help me locate the specific items I was interested and they had me in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes!

  A lot of merchandise and choices, but terrible customer service. We are currently running into issues scheduling a nursing chair delivery. Been on hold, and then hung up on twice.
  
  In store help is another issue. They short staff their store, many of the workers are new, and are left to the wolves. Probably another large corporate company with high staff turnover, keeping overhead as low as possible.
  
  If you can, I would try to do your registry with Amazon or Galt Baby.
