  I thought I would try this rental company since the hours seem to be more convenient. Never renting from this company again!!!! They charged me an additional day for a car rental because I picked the car up 30 minutes early. This is what I get for not being loyal to Enterprise. Only renting from Enterprise from now on (never had a problem with them).

  This place was great...fast, efficient and professional...the only downtown Chicago car rental we called that offered late/early pickup and drop off (needed to drop the car off at the airport. Also best rates and a new car. We needed to rent a car to drive to a theater 90 minutes away in Joliet and Uber/Lift would’ve been $200+ at that time of day. Plus we didn’t need to Uber to the airport the next morning since we had the rental. It saved us hundreds to be able to rent. Best rental car experience ever!
