  ZERO STARS. In my opinion this is the most incompetent and unprofessional car rental agency I have ever encountered. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I made a reservation but was late arriving to pick up my rental, only to find that this Budget location had not kept a car for me and would not honor the reservation. I had traveled by bike and foot on a hot humid day expecting my reservation to be respected.
  
  I have frequently done business with the Budget agency at 714 South Wabash and never experienced this issue. In fact, I recently made a reservation only to have the 714 S. Wabash Budget call me to tell me they didn't have any vehicles.
  
  I received no such courtesy call from the 1830 S. Wabash Budge agency. This location is an embarrassment to Budget.
