  We stopped at Buckingham Hotel past weekend form 04/28/2018 till 04/29/2018 and we were really impressed of the spectacular view from our room, but one very disappointing thing was happened after a check-out. 2 hours after check-out we realized that we forgot one personal thing in our hotel room, exactly it was a musical colomn, so we just came back to take it. The girl a reception just told us that the cleaning women didn’t find anything in our room and we can not back and check by person. Only after third time she allowed me to go with her and to check the room. I didn’t find anything in the room, and only after my question maybe our musical column was stollen she excidenlty remembered that they have “lost and found” in the hoteland we have to check there. And it’s miracle, it was there under a lots of other things. It’s really was a cheat, and we were really disappointed.
