  From the phone call to the visit it was a no hassle experience. I was called up after less than 5 minutes of waiting. I did call ahead for my appointment. I saw that than advertise walk-ins but I think your visit will go a bit faster if you do phone ahead. Overall the staff was great. The person first to inspect my mouth before the dentist came in was was outgoing and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable even though when I sat down in the dental chair I was a bit nervous. The cleaning went my fairly quick. The dentist knew what he was doing and made sure not to keep me in the chair too long.
