  I’m currently a resident at one of their locations. I normally don’t write reviews but Steve our property manager has been great. He is very helpful and responds right away with any of our concerns or questions. I will definitely recommend anyone to this company.

  I will never rent from them again! We moved into our apartment a year ago, without being told they were going to start a major construction project on our building that month. We were told it would take three weeks. It's been over a year and it's still going on! It's constant jackhammering from 9am-5pm INCLUDING SATURDAYS. The workers are loud and rude and leave a mess, the dust has kicked up into our a/c, oh and did I mention the CONSTANT LOUD JACKHAMMERING ALL DAMN DAY?! I work from home and have gotten migraines, lost clients and wages from all this. THE MANAGEMENT STAFF DOES NOT CARE. When you email them asking for some kind of compromise or end date, they basically say "too bad." We were duped into renewing our lease because they told us it was done. Ha. Lies! They will steal your money and make your apartment unlivable. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!
