  I have been a yoyo yogi in recent years. I enjoy hot yoga because I get instant relief from body aches and tightness. It also helps me fall asleep easier. Ever since trying West Loop Bikram Yoga, I have fell back in the rhythm of going 2-3 times per week and reaping all the benefits of hot yoga. The instructors are very accepting and encouraging regardless of the level in which you choose to practice on any given session. They are very good in demonstrating and excellent in breaking down steps so the student can get to the full expression of the posture. The facilities are basic, but maintained well - clean, stocked and organized (we don’t really come to yoga for the facilities though). I certainly appreciate how big the studio is, so much room to spread out and it is HOT. There’s street parking; it is also very walkable even for someone coming from the South Loop! Check them out!!
