"Out of all of the cleaners I've recently been to this one is by far the worst". I have been in search of a cleaners that's big on customer service, and of course have integrity just to mention a few things. The first week of March was my first time ever visiting this cleaners, I had taken in 20 shirts for cleaning and purposely told him about my previous poor experiences in hope that he would do a great job. On my return for pick up everything seemed to be great I was exited, maybe I had found a cleaners. Two day later I came across a shirt that didn't belong to me, I returned the shirt not know that I was short a shirt all the same. A couple more days past and now I'm looking for my shirt, the newest shirt that costed me $74.99 from Mens Warehouse. I immediately let him the owner or employee know that my brand new shirt was missing. I gave him the details of the shirt and he said he would call me back the following day and never did, he didn't even once apologize because of this error. His last response to me was that there nothing he could do.
