  I received an email from baskin robbins saying that all participating stores would have $1.50 scoops on 05/31/2017. I go in to this one at 11:20 PM and ask if they're still doing $1.50 scoops. The guy looks at the clock and said it ended at 12:00 PM. I showed him the time on my phone and said that it wasn't 12 yet. He then says that he meant it ended at 11. This baskin robbins couldn't receive a penny from me after that bs.
