The classes and instructors are fine, but never sign up for a membership. I cancelled my 6-month membership via email 2 months ago. I emailed 3 times and called multiple times to verify my cancellation and I still haven't heard back. After looking at my account, I noticed they're still auto-renewing my membership. Everyone keeps apologizing, but the manager still hasn't reached out to me to ensure I won't get billed.
