  This place is awful. I wish I could give zero stars. If you value the appearance of your car DO NOT go here. They decided to use a hard plastic brush to wash my brand new Highlander and left swirl marks all over the car. Basically ruining the clear coat. Now I have to take it to another detail place and spend a couple hundred dollars to have them do a proper wax and fix what these idiots messed up. The whole point of going to this place was a hand wash. If I wanted to ruin my new SUV and have swirl marks, I would go through an automatic car wash... even that would probably have done a better job than these guys Very sketchy set up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  Been coming here for a year or so and not sure why it’s so “hit or miss” with how well they clean my car as of late. I always do the full $30 wash. The last two times I’ve been, they have missed large areas of my tan leather seat where the grim is clear as day.
  Don’t tell your customers it’s complete and ready to go when it’s NOT. Pretty simple. Here’s a picture of loose dirt that is still, clear as day, on my passenger seat
