  Avis midway airport was a great experience for me thanks to Juanita who worked at the Avis preferred counter when I picked up my car. When I arrived at the counter to pick-up my car, a car in my rented class was not ready yet. She tried to find me a car but one would not be available for several minutes. Instead of making me wait Juanita offered to provide an upgraded car. My wife and I were thrilled and had a great time in Chicago driving this car. The return process was quick and easy. I asked for Juanita when I returned the car to thank her, but she was not available. I hope someone from Avis sees this review and recognizes Juanita at the midway airport Avis. Thank you for excellent customer service.
