  No one I know of gets up one day and decides "I'll go get physical therapy. That'll be fun!" Yet, through all the trials and tribulations of my injuries and misdiagnoses, they were the best. They are positive, always professional, work with your schedule, encouraging and not overbearing. They push you, but within your limits and never beyond. They know how to instill something we lack when we've been injured: self-confidence. This translates to best practices in physical therapy. After a while, it actually became fun sometimes! They even went with me to my doctor's appointments! Talk about full support and open channels of communication! I'm sure other ones are good too, but you to bottom this is the best.
