  I injured my foot during a soccer game and Serena, a PT at Athletico, was onsite attending to the athletes that night. Serena was really wonderful and she went above and beyond to help me. She did a thorough exam on the sidelines and made some immediate recommendations. She checked in that evening to make sure I was okay, and made an appointment for me to see a specialist the next morning. Following my appointment, she reached out again to discuss the final outcome. Serena really made a crummy situation better through her kindness and professionalism. I will make it a point to use Athletico facilities for my future physical therapy needs based on my experience.
