  Honestly the best credit union or bank I've ever worked with. I've been with them for 4 years now. Have have gradually moved all of my banking with them from checking savings retirement credit cards and auto loan. 1 - their rates are great. 2 - their customer service is phenomenal. 3 - their mobile banking app is great. And plenty of ATMs to make cash deposits. 4 - There isn't a labrynth of automated menus to get through to speak to a human being. Literally every representative I speak to is pleasant and friendly. They speak to you as a person and not as an account number. Don't know that these other negative reviews are on about, but they are absolutely not my experience.
