  This is quite possibly the worst parking garage I have experienced. Time after time I have felt unsafe due to finding people doing drugs and drinking in the stairwell. I do not feel safe in the lobby and therefore often quickly try to pay while looking over my shoulder the whole time. I receive validated parking from the building where I work however have several times been charged the wrong amount. The first time I blamed it on myself for not being more careful and paying attention (remember it's a scary parking garage) and the second time I called, spoke to the manager and was told I am very sorry and we are getting a security guard. I unfortunately overpaid again today because my validation didn't work again and I was told my money cannot be refunded. I refuse to park in this lot again. It is unsafe and not well maintained and their customer service is atrocious. I do not recommend parking here.
