The staff is friendly, but I feel as though they cheat you on their selling prices. With other stores like this one, there is a consistent model other stores follow for their selling process. Anything they want to buy gets entered into their system and a price is given. That is not the case with this store. They decide the price and it doesn't seem fair; they low ball you. I won't be going back to sell my items, but they seem to have a large variety of items, so shopping there may not be too bad.
