  I bought a car recently at Windy Auto and I had a great experience with the whole process. I was surprised with a great vehicle selection, knowledgable staff and no pressure from anyone to make a sale. I got a great value and a reliable vehicle. I felt well informed through the entire process which was a great help for someone like me who does not know all ins and outs of car buying. I am very satisfied and will definitely return there in the future. Would highly recommend Windy Auto to anyone who is looking for a quality used car.

  Infinitesimally small dealership so manage your customer service expectations accordingly. A few decent cars and non-existent customer service once they get their money, specifically if your salesperson is Max. Be sure to conduct WEEKLY follow-ups until you get your plates, because he doesn't call you back. Ever. After four months of waiting, a dozen phone calls in the final weeks leading up the temp plate expiring, two traffic stops, ZERO return calls after being promised a callback, we were still without the plates. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay and it wasn't until my wife began threats of reporting this dealership to the state and the authorities did we get a 2nd temp plate and the actual plates magically appeared two weeks later. Max is a textbook case of the sleazy used car salesman who just wants to shove you into any vehicle, collect his commission and move on to the next person. Luckily the vehicle he sold my wife was a really good one (after trying to put her in two other vehicles with extensive issues) but even a broken clock is right twice a day. He's a discredit to the profession, a poor reflection of Windy Auto Sales and will no doubt pop up at another dealership sooner or later.
