Mid-morning on a Saturday the place was packed but there appeared to be only one worker. The worker did the best that she could, especially given that at least one customer was unpleasant, but...there should have been a second worker. There was a gnat or something flying in the display case. The store doesn't serve the actual display-case items, but it was not cool to see that insect flying around in there. Also, perhaps not something this location can control, but they don't take the Starbucks app directly; the worker has to type in your card number manually, slowing down the transaction. Despite my complaints, the food and drink were fine.
