  Salesperson came out on a Saturday and took the measurements. Stated we we would have the quote by Monday the latest. Monday came around and nothing received. On Wednesday I had to call and follow up on our estimate. No follow ups from the salesperson or their office. Finally we received the quote, Once the quote was received it was not simple to read. We had lots of questions, Husband emailed office to get mock ups of what each style would possibly look like and as well as a more detailed estimate. These Blinds are not cheap so we want to know what we are getting into. Quote was 8k. They never replied. I also emailed the young lady in the office and she never got back to me. Don’t think this business is adequate to be doing business with Costco members. Costco has great customer service but this vendor does not.
