  I lived at the sovereign for two years in an overpriced closet. Paying close to 900 for a 300 sqft ish unit.
  
  This was my choice and is fine, none of this is the issue.
  
  Waterlogged cabinetry, leaky everything, loudest radiators ever, poorly sealed in-wall a/c units that let frigid air in during the cold season, water that doesn't reach 120°f.
  
  I really can't stress the frigid air thing enough. Stay away from the windows, my s/o and I had to get a hotel some nights because we couldn't sleep. We had to use a heated blanket just to not cough throughout the night.
  
  This building is ancient and terribly up-kept. The location is great since it is right next to Loyola.
  
  Management is very unresponsive and nigh impossible to get a hold of in person.
  
  Please note that I lived here around a year ago, so management might have improved since.
