Staff has no sense of urgency. We stopped by here after the Cubs vs Braves game. When we walked in and "waited to be seated" (like the sign said), one of the servers looked at us and then turned around and continued talking to a patron at the bar. Then 2 older men walked in and another server came out from the kitchen and sat the 2 men that came in after us. We were not acknowledged and therefore went to another bar.

This was my favorite burger spot in the neighborhood until we tried the new menu April last year. Two years ago the menu was far better than it is now, they had a great “heart attack” burger with a fried egg. I Use to bring friends from out of town and loved it; it has definitely changed a lot in the last year. I haven’t been back since they changed their menu and don’t have the desire to go back with so many better options around.

I wish they would invest in their food and staff; make changes to bring the food quality back from the past. If they did, I’d go back very often again. It’s unfortunate because they are right by Wrigley Field and had a great thing going. No more mediocre bar food in the area; differentiate yourself.
