  I love PNC Bank, but this branch in particular exceeds my expectations every time. Arturo, the branch manager is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful; and Alex Molino, the banker I always interact with, could not be more helpful. They have consistently helped me pick products to meet my needs, they follow up with phone calls to make sure everything is to my satisfaction, and they have advocated on my behalf on more than one occasion to solve issues.
  
  I couldn't recommend a branch of ANY bank that is better. Even though there are PNCs closer to my house, I will travel to this one specifically if I ever need ANYTHING.
