  They do not offer any kind of benefits for drivers. This is the bottom of the barrel if you are looking for a trucking job. The owner acts friendly with you while you work there but as soon as you give your 2 week notice he accuses you of stealing and gives you attitude. And they always like to hold the driver's last paycheck for up to 90 days. They do not offer you WW2 anymore. They expect you to get your own incorporation so they can pay you 10 99 and they will try to avoid paying any kind of taxes. They never tell you the truth of how much the truck makes because you're supposed to be on percentage they only show you what they want you to think the truck made. It is a small company and they do a great job on maintaining the trucks and that's about it
