When we contacted Pierce Handyman we were connected with Best GDR LLC. From there we were led to believe we were paying a deposit for services when we were actually being sold a non refundable subscription to the Premium Home Service for $149. An appointment was confirmed but the contractor never arrived and never called to cancel. Pierce Handyman did not provide another contractor and GDR refused to refund our $149. Buyer beware!

We had had Luis in our property before and he was excellent. We had him last week again to Install a carbon monoxide indicator and smoke detectors.He came over several days to work on the fence and he was able to finish ahead of schedule. Very thorough, communicated well and cleaned up as he did the work.
