  This is something that I have wanted to do for a long time. Take some type of martial art class. Since I started my new job as a security officer, taking a jujitsu course was down my alley. I believe, it is the best thing that I have taken. Self discipline, self control, Self confidence. Not only that, it has done wonders for my body and health.

  Thoroughly enjoy the yoga classes here. The instructor is excellent and explains the proper body placement/alignment for each position. Practicing yoga has helped my lower back tremendously.

  Wonderful place to practice your Hatha yoga! Marek has a passion for the yoga and makes sure you are always in proper alignment and correct position Body ..mind... and spirit are all renewed after an hours practice! He also shares with you small words of wisdom he has learned from his instructors in life All is in balance when you leave !
