  Front end staff should go through Customer Service training. Took several attempts for them to understand the job scope. Each time she had to call someone else for consultation. Left without service, not worth my time and their prices on repairs were ridiculous. Maybe new windows are competetive, but not sure if their quality exceeds the poor customer service level.
  
  (Update) Somehow the front end manager tracked me down and called me after a few weeks. Wanted to know what went wrong and how she can help so I can change my review. Well, here is a tip: try harder the first time! My review stays.
  
  (Update to Owner's reply) No, you did not try hard enough the very first time when it matters. You don't have to please everyone, just do your damn job and have your staff trained properly or get them replaced, or the management.

  Terrible customer service . Lady behind counter (north side) want my info before I talk to her what product I want and estimate. I didn't even know that I'll use them...
  She didn't tell me he name - was worry about something....?
  Beware about their screening - they want your picture id and credit card hold in their system and sign form that if some hacker will still it they dont take any responsibility.
  If you can't protect my federal documents do not collect them. Any hacker has open gate to use both same time.
