  Juliet was fanominal at executing our vision for my Aunt’s surprise birthday. She is an excellent florist with a impeccable reputation that proceeds her. Not only did she produce and deliver amazing arrangements, but went well above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Juliet for all that you did to make the day amazing.

  My wedding was 9/6/15 in Elmhurst and Oakbrook, IL. Juliet was lovely to work with in the beginning. We planned our wedding from a distance and she was very accommodating. While in Chicago we scheduled our mock-up; our colors were charcoal and blush so we wanted to go with some vintage silver and glass center pieces. Juliet had PLENTY of SILVER options to choose from and we were satisfied with what we had picked out, she looked like she'd been taking notes and we felt we were in good hands. We also opted to have Juliet put up string lights for an additional $1000. I had to negotiate an early arrival time for her with our venue as lights take time to set up... The personal flowers were dropped off and looked beautiful. The only issue was with the mothers wrist corsages; my mom's flowers fell off before we even arrived at the church and my mother-in-law's had beads falling off...cheap. This was not a huge deal. The flowers at the ceremony were beautiful and were re-purposed at the venue. When we arrived at the venue a person on staff came up to me and said "Score, these lights were left up from the wedding last night so you get them for free!". I responded, "but we paid $1000 to put those up." He looked confused to say the least. Later I found out that my husband saw the lights up on the Friday before our wedding when he dropped personal items off at the venue. The next thing I noticed was that all of our centerpieces were GOLD. I specifically told Juliet at the mock-up that we did not want anything gold. We tried to call her as we arrived at the venue early but she didn't answer. I texted her letting her know that first of all there weren't any large silver candle holders on the table (which she had suggested to us at the mock up and we liked the idea) and also that everything was GOLD! She texted back saying that all the candlesticks broke during loading and that she thought we wanted a mix of silver and gold. There was absolutely nothing silver in the entire venue. I'm guessing all of her silver decor broke during loading as well? She never called to inform us about the candle holders or the change from silver to gold. She is not willing to refund us for the lights which were used for the wedding the day before. It was in shock to say the least and I was very upset on my wedding day because of her mistakes and lack of note taking.
  The worst part is that she continues to say that she set the lights up on Saturday, which is exactly my point, there was another wedding at the venue on Saturday and those same lights were used for that wedding and mine on Sunday. She will not admit that she has charged us for something that was already set up.
