  PLEASE READ !!!
  
  This is by far the worst company to deal with when renting. PLEASE - if you are reading this BEWARE of this company. They will come across as very friendly nice and sincere but once you are locked in that's when things become very different. Here is just one example of many - I was working over the weekend when my car was towed from the parking lot. I called Imperial but they were closed so I called the towing company and got my car. I asked them why they towed my car and I told him that I worked in the building but they said that I would have to call imperial to work things out. I called Imperial and they told me that I was pretty much out of luck and that I would have to deal with the towing company. Then a lawyer from Imperial called me and said that it is up to me and it is my responsibility for my car in their parking lot and that Imperial is not responsible for anything. When I received my secure deposit after I moved out it was missing about $1000 I called the accounting department and they told me that it is due to taxing and that if I have a problem I can hire a lawyer and respond to their attorneys- unbelievable -!!!
  
  I spoke to some of the other tenants and they are trying to move out as soon as possible because they are facing some of the same problems as I have - beware of this company!!!
