  I will never rent here again. They made a very traumatic experience worse . I was renting a car, because I was in an accident. I was already emotional and they gave me the worse service I have ever had. I even called their customer service hotline and they couldn't understand some the deplorable treatment I received.

  My husband rented a car on 02/10. We reserved the car on 02/09. When my husband went to pick up the car, the rude female employee told him that he need to bring bills to proof his address. Since my husband didn't know that (because the only email that we got didn't say anything about that) he had to walk back home to get some bills, if not he was told that he could lose the reserved car. This was our first time renting a car... And I think is our last too...
