  This bank has horrible customer service and practices! This weekend I made a cash deposit ($800). The Atm, which always has some malfunction, took my money, gave me a bogus receipt saying there was an error and my deposit didn't reflect in my Account!!!!
  I called the 888 number. Then on Monday I called the branch. I was told 3 different things in 3 days, and I have yet to see my Money appear in my Damn account!

  They have really bad service the wait is like waiting in line at the airport check in . They are poorly staffed. The sad part is they dont care and really dont know that good service at a bank is not optional.
