  This BofA is good for locals. It is located across from the Gateway Plaza. It has plenty of parking and a drive up ATM.
  
  The tellers have always been fantastic and have gone out of their way to help. The safe deposit vault is accessible and has good privacy.
  
  The bank has always had supplies readily in stock .....the branch I use in Lincolnwood is forever without pens or deposit slips.
  
  However their "relationship managers" are ineffective. It took over 2 weeks to close a safe deposit box. Each time I ve sat well over an hour while the 2 advisors let people cut in line, let clients leave to go home for 20min to retrieve a document , let people who have appointments but come in 30 min early cut in line.
  
  Worse when you complain to them that you were there for almost an hour and a half and the last people were allowed to cut ahead because they were early.....you get no response. Literally just stare at you like you dont exist.
