  Horrible.... , especially at the walk in clinic. The receptionist was rude . I watched her gossip, take personal phone calls and ignore patients. I waited over an hour for Asthmatic issues to be called. I arrived when they opened and it was only three other patients there. Horrible, it may have been faster to receive service at a hospital emergency room. I am sure Advocate does not stand for this type of service. Perhaps they need to hire and train more staff in professionaliam.
