  Fully misrepresented as having service for cats. I .called first. cat needed flea bath. I needed a hand. My cat was ok with warm water. They were happy to schedule her.
  I live about 7 miles off. Took streets.
  On arrival, I was totally disrespected..questions thrown at me..who I talked to..then fully denied. my appointment. A real bad experience.
  I would drag my cat and search for this place in the summer..without an appointment?
  Woman who scheduled me was not even there ..The younger woman / relative?-was purely unprofessional.
  Unforgettable, - icey and unapologetic..
  to put it real mild. negative zero stars.
